DR. MARK BREINER: Essentially, everything I do is cosmetic, because I'm doing most everything metal free, where everything is tooth colored, all the fillings are tooth colored. We also offer full mouth rehabilitation. I try not to do full crowns wherever possible, 'cause that increases the odds of having trouble with a tooth. So, we'll do a minimal amount of crowns. We'll also do what are called veneers, and especially ones that are contact lens thin today. So very often we can restore a person's smile and not have to cut the tooth down at all.
Today a lot of patients like whiter teeth, and what we do is we do an in-office bleaching of the teeth. And then we give the patients custom trays which they take home, and they can continue the bleaching process and get their teeth as white as they want.
